Charles Goodrichis the author of three volumes of poems, A Scripture of Crows (Silverfish Review Press, 2013), Going to Seed: Dispatches from the Garden (Silverfish Review Press, 2010), and Insects of South Corvallis (Cloudbank Books, 2003), and a collection of essays, The Practice of Home (Lyons Press, 2004). He also co-edited the volume In the Blast Zone: Catastrophe and Renewal on Mount St. Helens (Oregon State University Press, 2008)His poems and essays have appeared in Orion, Willow Springs, The Sun, and Best Essays Northwest among many other publications. Garrison Keillor has read Charles' poems more than a dozen times on "The Writer's Almanac." He presently serves as Director for the Spring Creek Project for Ideas, Nature, and the Written Word at Oregon StateUniversity.www.charlesgoodrich.com

Mary Szybist is the author of Granted (Alice James Books, 2003), which was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award, and Incarnadine (Graywolf Press, 2013).  She is the recipient of a fellowship from the NEA, a Witter Bynner Fellowship from the Library of Congress, a Pushcart Prize, and a residency from the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center.  She lives in Portland, Oregon, and teaches at Lewis & Clark College and the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers.
