\n Only OSU students\, faculty and staff are eligib le for the campus clinics. Student Health Services has a very limi ted supply \;of injectable H1N1 flu vaccine\,\n which will be available on Wednesday\, November 4 at the Memori al Union\, Room 109\, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Shots will be gi ven on a priority basis to the following\n groups of OSU students\, facult y and staff:\n
\n\n Due to the limited supply of vaccine\, you will be turned away if you do not meet the above criteria. When more vaccine bec omes available\, other individuals not in these priority\n groups may be v accinated.\n
\n\n The cost is $10 for students and $15 for faculty a nd staff. If you are covered by PEBB Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oreg on\, the fee will be billed directly to Regence. Otherwise\, faculty and\n staff may pay on site by cash or check and students may elect to bill thei r OSU student accounts. Bring your insurance card and OSU ID card. No appoi ntment is necessary. Please wear clothing that\n allows easy access to you r arm in order to expedite the vaccinations.\n
